Our project/product knowledge includes multiple trade disciplines and cost philosophies from conceptual budgeting to hard bid ground up construction.

TEAM Faessel manages the organization and updating of sub-contractor databases, RFP preparation/subcontractor solicitation, document analysis, Requests For Information, project scope creation, scope clarification and General Conditions/General Requirement formulation.

Our basic services include quantification of work, solicitation of minimally three subcontractors per task/trade, and preparation of CSI coded itemized proposals.

Additional services include bid leveling/qualification, subcontractor selection, and subcontract negotiation when required/agreed upon.

We are prepared to augment, train and/or replace your in-house estimating needs.
